All orders containing crossbody clutches are insured up to 500 EUR against loss/ damage, and will be shipped with a courier express.
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days. Kindly note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods.
After product is dispatched, shipping time within Germany will be about 1-2 days.
We will send you a confirmation email after the parcel is dispatched.
Please be aware that we can not deliver to post office boxes.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days from the day the parcel was delivered. The product must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund.
